How the Pellet Grill Works

The LEDGE 2.0 uses an automated pellet-feeding and ignition system. A motor turns the auger, feeding hardwood pellets into the firebox, where a heat rod automatically ignites them. A variable-speed fan helps maintain combustion, while the Venturi-style firebox promotes airflow and efficient pellet burning.

A heat shield helps distribute heat throughout the cooking chamber while allowing hardwood smoke to circulate around your food.
